Artist Statement
My inspiration for my artwork comes from nature. I am often moved to capture an image from landscape glimpsed, bushwalks taken or sitting and listening to nature in a quiet place. A field of sunflowers, a pond at the local park or vistas of Australian landscape.
Bio
After many years of creating images with quilting and sewing, my interest in printmaking was sparked by a workshop designed to incorporate textiles with printing. I have now been printmaking for over 12 years and have been shown a mirad of techniques of which intalgio is my favorite process. My works have been selected for exhibition at Pine Street Studios, Hunters Hill Art Exhibition and Warringah Printmakers Studio
